National HRD Network is a Global Centre for Grooming Leaders and the National Apex body of professionals committed to promoting the People Development movement in the country, as well as enhancing the capability of human resource professionals to compete globally, thereby creating value for society.

National HRD Network is committed to the development of human resources through education, training, research, and experience sharing. Established over three decades ago, NHRDN is an autonomous, not-for-profit, professionally managed organization, playing a catalyst role in grooming Leaders for Tomorrow.

It serves as a reference point for HR Professionals in professional Industries and has over 17500+ members representing Multinationals, Public, and Private organizations including Government, MSME, and NGOs spread across 33 Chapters in India, Singapore and Dubai.

NHRD Network Singapore is a society registered in Singapore. Established in 2022, the first international chapter of NHRD Network India, it draws inspiration from the most respected, oldest and widest network of HR professionals in India. This chapter is a membership based network of HR professionals in Singapore from all backgrounds, nationalities, organisations and includes students aspiring to work in areas including HR.

The objectives of this chapter include the following:

To discover knowledge and skills relevant to Human Resources Development, its philosophy, processes and implementation, through exploration and experimentation.

To generate, acquire and continuously develop new knowledge and skills related to HRD through research and development.

To build the community of HR professionals with knowledge and skills in HRD through Mentoring, Coaching and other forums/ platforms for knowledge sharing & learning.

Build a knowledge repository which helps HR professionals to know the latest trends and experiences.

The NHRDN SG community is for HR and by HR. This peer-to-peer group of HR professionals from all communities, nationalities and backgrounds working in Singapore, will work to strengthen the HR fraternity in Singapore and beyond.
