In October, the Chapter organized a unique Mindfulness Walk in Silence at MacRitchie Reservoir, facilitated by Manish Arneja from Resilience Institute SEA. This thoughtfully curated experience was designed to support the mental well-being of our members – offering them a rare opportunity to pause, disconnect from the noise, and reconnect with themselves and nature.
Through guided slow walking, stretching, and meditation, participants engaged in deep self-care, allowing them to listen inwardly and embrace the present moment with clarity and calm.
A big thank you to all those who joined us on this journey of mindfulness. Let’s continue to create spaces that nurture resilience and well-being.
