The first NTU-NHRDN Singapore Mentoring Pilot program which kicked off on 23rd Oct 2024 has now officially concluded on 20th Feb 2025 under the leadership of Prashant Khandelwal and Ryan Hong. The journey has been enriching, and we want to thank everyone involved for their contributions in making it a valuable experience for both mentors and mentees.

Thank you Akshita Shetty, Chitralekha Singh, Pallavi Srivastava, Robert Menezes, Sarmista Mondol, Sujata Biswas and Sumanth Puttur for your mentorship.

Here’s a quick recap:

• This pilot was based on group mentoring.
• 16 students were matched with 8 mentors, facilitating insightful and productive mentoring sessions.
• The program culminated in a closing ceremony last week, where we reflected on the approach and outcomes.

Overall, the feedback indicated that, despite some organizational challenges, group mentoring appears to be a viable format.
