On 25th July, we brought together a thoughtful panel of practitioners and professionals to explore how fairness, care, and flexible work are shaping the future of inclusion in Singapore’s workplaces.

Our heartfelt thanks to Kathy Teoh, Pallavi Srivastava, and Kai Ning Lim for generously sharing their perspectives; to Simon Bernie 西蒙 for facilitating a focused, well-paced discussion that helped connect the dots between intention and action; and to Binu Balan for curating and presenting this timely session purposefully.

We are grateful to the engaged audience who showed up, tuned in, and enriched the session with real-world questions around evolving AI landscapes, age bias in hiring, and workplace representation. Your presence and participation brought depth to this conversation. Abhilasha Krishnan Anupam Bhattacharya Kaustav Chakravarthy Rajen Makhijani Leena Nanda Aga Gajownik Neelam Garg Sumanth Puttur
