The SP Jain program paired each mentor with 3-4 students, requiring a minimum of three sessions between July and September 2024. Each session lasted at least 60 minutes and was anchored on a specific theme. The first theme was Working Successfully in Multi-Cultural Environments. The topics for the next two sessions were determined based on the students’ needs, with a proposed list of career-related themes available for selection.

Mentors were invited to take this exciting opportunity to give back while also learning something new. The list was closed on July 7th, and mentors were centrally allocated across both programs.

A briefing call for mentors selected for the SP Jain program was held on July 10th from 6:00 to 6:30 pm. Additionally, a WhatsApp group was created for mentors in each program to share relevant information, updates, and best practices.

The SP Jain program was launched on July 12, 2024, from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at the SP Jain campus, where the first group mentoring session took place. The program concluded on September 30, 2024.
