The Chapter organized a panel discussion on “Talent Management amidst the current environment” in November 2022. SV Nathan, Chief Talent Officer of Deloitte India and National President of the National HRD Network was the chief panelist and shared some interesting industry perspectives on how organizations can balance the human element while being in a tough business environment. Pallavi Srivastava, Sr. Director APAC at Johnson Controls and Paddy Santosh, Executive Director, Global Head of Talent Management at Standard Chartered Bank were the panelists who shared their views on the topic. The panel was moderated by Avi Kohli, Founder and CEO of InTalent.AI. The event was hosted at SP Jain Institute of Management.
