The Chapter organized an engaging session in May 2023 with Rob Hartnett from the NeuroLeadership Institute and author of the book on the Growth Mindset. It saw active participation from members discussing how leaders can help prepare organizations in championing change by shifting to a growth mindset at the corporate level . SP Jain Institute of Management hosted the event.
