We are delighted to share that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the National HRD Network – Singapore Chapter was successfully held on Friday, 20th June 2025, at the EMERITUS Institute of Management.

With enthusiastic participation both in person and virtually, the AGM was a meaningful forum to reflect on the year gone by and collectively shape the chapter’s future.

• Opening remarks and quorum confirmation by our Chapter Secretary Shubha Narayanan
• Presentation of the annual accounts and audit update by Treasurer Shuchi Bahl
• Approval of the audited statement of accounts for FY 2024–25
• Review of key chapter activities and initiatives
• Adoption of constitutional changes for enhanced governance and operational clarity
• Open floor for discussion and suggestions from members
